Extremely communicative. Communication has been top notch, which is greatly appreciated, especially when compared to other daycares. The organization really cares and listens to our concerns as parents, and we’ve never felt judged or afraid to speak up or question things when it came to our daughter’s care.

The teachers are so caring, kind and engaging and the communication between staff and parents was great. I always felt we could reach out to the Tinycare team and expect quick answers and feedback. We also really appreciated how they handled the entire COVID-19 situation.

Meet the licensed child development experts who teach at SoMa Toddler

Our SoMa Toddler teachers are kind, caring, and experienced

AnaVictoria (Vicky)

Hi there, my name is AnaVictoria Galdamez, but most people call me Vicky for short. I am the Head Teacher at SoMa Toddler 1. I've been working in early childhood education for 13 years. I have always enjoyed being and working around young children because not one child is alike. They are all different in their own way and that’s what I find fascinating. It wasn’t until I had my own child I decided to change Careers from being a Licensed Cosmetologist to infant and toddler teacher. Slowly I started taking infant and toddler classes as well as working at Head Start where I found my passion for teaching young children. My teaching philosophy is Montessori, Reggio-Emilia inspired curriculum, as well as project approach. I believe children learn and develop through play.

Meet our Head of Education

Adam

I am Tinycare’s Head of Education, and focus on supporting our teaching teams and family communities across our network. Prior to joining Tinycare in 2020, I was previously an elementary school principal and instructional superintendent, where I worked on innovative school models. My wife and I have a 9 month old at home, so I my focus on early childhood and reaching developmental milestones extends beyond my professional role!
