Meet the Teaching Team at Lafayette Toddler 2
Jessica
I have been teaching for close to 10 years now and I am the Head Teacher at Lafayette Toddler 2. I have worked in a Montessori school setting, Headstart, and play based centers. I have worked in almost every age group from infants to school age children. I was born and raised here in the East Bay my whole life! I’m a SF Giants Fan, but here’s the spin off, for football i love the Green Bay Packers. Lol I love spending time with my family.
Michelle
My name is Michelle. I was born in the Caribbean on a small island called Barbados. I came to the states when I was five years old. Growing up some of my favorite hobbies include painting/drawing, dancing and make-up but I’ve always had a strong passion for working with children at a very young age. While in Highschool I continued working with youth. For my two elective classes, I helped out at the Early Intervention Preschool across the street from my school. After graduating I went on to working as a teacher’s assistant and in college obtaining my AA in Early Childhood Education. Outside of work I enjoy exploring new foods, going to museums, watching the sunset at beaches, expanding my makeup skills, and cooking. I am very excited to be a part of this new journey with Tinycare ready to see where it will take me !
